RETURN & REFUND
We have stores on other market places other than our portal. We also have offline stores (physical, bricks and mortar stores) at many places. One single product might put for sale at multiple platforms. But as and when a product sold at any place, we remove it from other places with in two hours. So, there is a 0.01 % rare possibility exist, that product you have ordered has been sold at another platform before processing of your order. In such a scenario we will pay full refund with in 2 days of receipt of the payment.
A buyer can cancel his\her order within 24 hour of placement of the order or before shipment has been dispatched. whichever is the late event. The buyer will get 100 % refund. We will make refund within 24 hours of receipt of such payment in our bank a\c. We will pay the refund most probably by the same channel we receive the same ,or will pay by internet banking.
If a shipment is totally missing during the transition. Buyer may ask for refund after 3 week (21 days ) of dispatch date of the shipment. We will pay full refund with delivery charges if any to the buyer with in 30 day of receipt of the payment of such order. We will pay the refund most probably by the same channel we receive the same ,or will pay by internet banking.
CANCELLATION AND RETURN
In any circumstances if buyer is not satisfied with product due to any particular reason then, Buyer has to pack it and return it within 2 Days of receiving the shipment (Product). We will accept product return only if it is shipped back within 2 Days of receiving it. We will pay full refund with delivery charges, if any, to the buyer, with in 2 days of receipt of the return shipment. Please inform us about such return shipment. Buyer have to pay only for return shipment charge to courier or speed post. We will pay the refund most probably by the same channel we receive the same ,or will pay by internet banking. Return shipment should be strongly packed and properly addressed. Use marker pen and adhesive tape for it.
