So, we never can go after short term profiteering or greed for a little money. We never do any tactics and loud marketing to achieve unreliable online sales. We never burn a single paisa for unrealistic customer acquisition. Our execution method for online selling is ‘simple and straight forward’, so do our policies.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All domestic order shipments are free of cost. Irrespective of its amount, delivery location or payment method. We offer ‘free delivery’ all over India. We ship through reputed, reliable and professional e-commerce shipping partners, such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc.

For remote parts of our great nation, we use India Post as our shipping partner. Be it Deserts of Rajasthan or Hills of the Himalaya, be it Plateau of the Western ghats or Coasts of the Indian ocean. Where there is a post office, there’s our parcel.   

All our shipments are trackable online.

Cash-on-Delivery is also available in every city, town and village of India. We have a very robust delivery infrastructure. We use our own inventory to sell on our website so, we ship really fast.

 

Most of orders received before 04:00 PM on any working day will be dispatched same day, tracking will be available on next day. We dispatch shipment maximum within 1-2 working days.

 

Shipment reaches to buyer within 1-6 days, depending on location distance from Vadodara (Gujarat).​​​

 

Your parcel is packed neatly and firmly with strong packaging, so the product will reach safely to you. However, if there is any problem, it will be our responsibility until the parcel reaches safely to the customer be it Pre-paid or COD order.

Payment Methods for Domestic Shipment

All we simply want to say about domestic shipment payment methods is that – ‘Pay as You Wish’.

 

Pre-payment via - UPI, Net banking, Debit and Credit Cards, Mobile wallet or QR Code

Cash on Delivery or Pay on delivery via – Cash or UPI

 

There is no extra cost for any payment method you choose (i.e. prepaid or cash-on-delivery).

 

Cash on Delivery order customer have to make advance payment of Rs.100/- at the time of placing order. This Rs.100/- will be deducted from your total order amount and you have to pay remaining amount at the time of delivery.

 

Thus, Rs.100/- not an extra COD charge.

 

Nowadays non-serious COD buyers have become burdensome to every online seller.

Thus, we have adopted Rs.100/- pre-payment policy to verify genuine customers. At the same time, we hope that genuine customer to not have any problem to pay a nominal amount of Rs.100/- in advance. We firmly believe this is a better solution than to stop taking COD Orders.

Overseas Shipping Policy

We ship overseas to all countries. 'Nishu Gold' now available Internationally. All of our NRI Customers can purchase our products from their countries and from their home, We ship to almost all countries of the world.

Surprisingly! Price and Discounts for NRI Customers are - “same as prices for Indian customers”. For exporting we have;

We Have a Very Secure Payment Gateway Integration.

 

NRI Buyers may Note that given below transactions are not possible:

  1. Payment from Overseas and Product delivery within India or In-Store Pick up.

  2. Payment from Indian account or cash and Product delivery to Overseas Address also not possible.

 

Overseas - NRI buyer can avail warranty service whenever they come to India or any of their relatives - friends come to India. We can locally provide parcel for service warranty within 10 days. General window of free service warranty is of 1 year, but we have extended this time frame to 2 years for products shipped to international address.

 

Obviously foreign buyers can not avail Return and Refund facility due to custom and foreign payments related issues.

Cancellation Policy

After placing an order to ‘Nishu Gold’, customer can cancel it any time before shipment reach to him/her. No negative impact on customer profile for that.  No cancelation fee will be charged.

If the order is prepaid and Shipment is dispatched, we refund whole amount once shipment reach back to us.

If the order is COD and or Shipment is not dispatched, then we both have to keep smiling after sending an intimation.

Return and Exchange Policy

We have very genuine and honest return and refund policy in place. In case, for any reason you are not comfortable with the product after receiving it. You can send it back to our address for exchange or refund. 100% cash refund will be processed within 0 (same) day as soon as we receive and verify your return parcel.
 

No force to purchase other item, no voucher, no coupon, no store credits etc. no ifs and buts, no tricky conditions. These all tactics are unfair business practices, It will no longer lasts. Here we offer 100 % cash refund, at same time. No questions asked. And in case of exchange, we will dispatch exchange parcel of your choice same working day as we receive your return parcel. You are eligible for 100% refund or exchange when:

  • Seal on product should remain unbroken

  • Product should be unused

  • Provide intimation of return or exchange within 2 days

Unboxing video is necessary for complaint regarding damaged or wrong product. Make a complete 360-degree unboxing video for each shipment showing all sides before opening.

Refund Policy

On the Same day of receiving your return parcel, after successfully verifying it, your 100 % refund amount will be processed at the speed of BRAHMOS.
