Return Value:

As Our Jewelry are Genuinely Coated with Gold. The Gold Powder in the liquid coating can be recovered after a complex chemical process on bulk quantity of used products. As we can recover a portion of gold powder, we pass this benefit on to customers through an offer of return value and/or exchange value.

We offer two different prices for the same product to choose from. Where, both prices are related to different offer of return value or exchange value.

Price option - 1 :

If product purchased at MRP Price (means without any discount) buyer will get :

1 Year service warranty and
50% of invoice amount as a ‘Cash' return value upon returning used jewelry to us. Customer can return the used jewelry within 3-year of Purchase.

Price Option – 2 :

If customer does not want to return the product in future after use, then Customer will get :

a hefty discount of 40% of product value at the time of purchase.
25% of invoice amount as a ‘Cash' return value up on returning used product to us. Customer can return products within 3-year of Purchase.
1 Year service warranty

Exchange Value :

We offer of ‘20% of paid invoice value’ as an exchange value (with no time limit of past dates purchase). This 20% in this exchange offer is an 'exchange value' and not a 'cash return value'. This benefit can be taken by all buyers who have purchased jewelry from us in past but, are not able to return used jewelry within 3 years.

Disclaimer and Important Clarification

‘1-2 Gram Jewelry’ is commercially used term for ‘Gold forming jewelry' or ‘Gold Coated Jewelry’ category jewelry in general dialect similar, as we use word 'Xerox' for 'Photo copy' in India for general conversation.

Liquid mixture of 24kt gold powder, copper and forming chemicals is used for gold coating/forming process on copper or brass base jewelry piece.

This mixture does not contain 1-2 Gram of pure gold. Nor do we charge the price for 1-2 Gram pure gold.

Generally, 1 Gram Gold Coating contains about 100 to 150 mg of pure gold and 2 Gram gold coating contains 200 to 250 mg of pure gold. So, the price we charge are for artificial gold-coated jewelry and not for real 1-2 Gram Gold jewelry.

Here, as we declared that amount of pure gold portion in any of our jewelry piece is a fractional percentage of total weight of the jewelry piece. So, practically it is not possible to bifurcate and tell the weight of gold in invoice for any particular piece of jewelry.

Due to fractional amount of gold in each piece, our jewelry may not have significant resale value. So, the purchase decision is at buyer’s discretion.

Unlike real gold jewelry which requires hallmark certificate, Govt. of India has not made any statutory requirement for any certification for '1 gram gold coated jewelry'.

Also there have not been any kind of test method developed yet, as of June 2025, that can accurately find out the fraction percentage of gold in such gold coated jewelry piece.

Therefore, do not be bothered about tests and certificates. The price is not that high for such things to be considered.

Prices even though is little bit high compare to cheap artificial jewelry but, it is worth the pay for its gold like finishing and hand-made artisnal designs. Durability and service warranties are additional benefits for buying it.

Jewelry Care

Each piece of our jewelry can be washed with soapy water. Rather it is very necessary to wash with soapy water every 15-20 days of wearing it. Gently, do wash your jewelry piece after 15-20 days of use to remove sweat and dust particles from it. Do not store the jewelry with sweat and dirt upon it.

Take care that harsh chemicals such as, perfumes, deodorants, mehendi, turmeric, hair-dye, Kum-kum, sanitizer, bleach, etc. do not come/stay in direct contact with the jewelry.

Do not store this jewelry in a velvet or leather jewelry box. Store it in a purse or a plastic box we provide with this jewelry. Avoid putting this jewelry with other imitation jewelry or cosmetic items.

You can use Jewelry on daily-wear which are made for 'Daily use' but, with additional care. Customers with hard-work job in daily routine are not advised to use this jewelry in daily wear. Customer with office work type job in daily routine can have best result in daily use.
